You keep full export access to every invoice and report for 12 months after cancelling. Your records stay yours.

No. SettleMe is the merchant of record — your client's payment settles to us and Stripe transfers it straight on to your account — and we keep back 0% of it and add 0 days of hold on top of Stripe's own payout schedule. If Stripe itself blocks a payment or a payout, we tell you in writing within 24 hours, from a named person, and an appeal gets a first human response within 3 business days.
